According to the latest reports, Catania striker Maxi Lopez has rejected an offer from Fulham so he can stay in Serie A.
The Argentine is on the market and had a deal with Milan, but that option was allowed to expire as they continue to pursue Carlos Tevez.
This week Catania confirmed an offer had been received from Fulham, but the Evening Standard maintains the player turned it down.
Maxi Lopez would prefer to stay in Serie A, so is waiting on news from interested clubs like Fiorentina and a possible turnaround from Milan.
