Captain Del Piero picked up a muscular problem in his right thigh during the last training session and is not even in the squad.
Midfielder Marchisio has also been left behind in Turin due to a calf injury.
There are doubts over whether Alberto Aquilani can play either, while Felipe Melo is suspended.
