The changes to the Serie A fixtures have been confirmed, including Roma-Inter, Milan-Napoli and the final 25 minutes of Catania-Roma.
The Lega Serie A released a statement this evening for changes to the Serie A fixture list in Week 22.
Cesena-Catania and Roma-Inter will be played on Saturday February 4, while Genoa-Lazio is the Sunday lunch-time kick-off.
A huge Milan-Napoli showdown concludes the round on the evening of Sunday February 5.
