Parma are hoping to mirror Ajax’s ability of unearthing and developing stars of the future, says boss Roberto Donadoni.
With money tight at the club and Italian football in general, the former Italy Coach has revealed how the outfit intend to move forward.
“I would like Parma to become a little talent factory, a club like Ajax,” the man who recently replaced Franco Colomba on the Tardini bench told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
“It will take a lot of time and some great organisation, but President Tommaso Ghirardi and director general Pietro Leonardi have some clear ideas.”
The Gialloblu are currently 12th in the Serie A standings, 10 points above the drop zone.
