Fabio Borini has no doubts about where he wants to be playing his football next season. “He would like to stay at Roma.”
The striker, an Italian Under-21 international, is currently part-owned by the Giallorossi and Parma.
“Borini wants to stay at Roma, a place where he has managed to win over the fans,” agent Marco De Marchi told Radio Mana Mana.
“At the minute his contract is co-owned with Parma, but if it was up to him then he would already be a Roma player outright.
“The fans and the city have struck a chord with him.”
Borini arrived in the summer just weeks after Parma netted him on a Bosman from Chelsea. Still just 20, he has six goals in 14 Serie A games.
“He’s understood that he can win the faith of boss Luis Enrique with hard work,” De Marchi continued.
“Thanks to his efforts in training he has managed to change the plans of the Coach who now considers him as a starter.”
