Bologna haven’t ruled out the possibility of keeping Uruguayan starlet Gaston Ramirez at the club over the summer.
The 21-year-old fantasista is being linked with an exit despite the fact that he signed a new contract until 2016 last November.
“It isn’t written down anywhere that he has to be sold at the end of the current campaign,” Bologna President Albano Guaraldi told Il Resto del Carlino.
“It’ll depend a little on the transfer market, a lot from him and a touch from us.”
The attacking midfielder was signed by Bologna from Penarol in the summer of 2010.
Italian clubs such as Roma, Juventus, Fiorentina and Udinese showed an interest in him before the start of the present campaign.
