Cesena have confirmed their faith in Coach Massimo Ficcadenti despite their slump in form.
The newly-promoted outfit started the campaign brightly, even beating Milan 2-0, but now find themselves at the bottom of Serie A.
Speculation has suggested that 42-year-old Ficcadenti was running the risk of being replaced, but the Seahorses have today backed their tactician.
"You ask a Coach to keep a tight rein on the dressing room and to work in a manner which allows the squad to express a convincing brand of football," President Igor Campedelli noted.
"Ficcadenti is doing both things and we therefore must continue working together with belief, as we have been doing up until now."
Cesena, joint bottom with Parma, Bologna and Bari, lost 1-0 at home to Sampdoria at the weekend.
They are away to Juventus in Week 10.
