Daniele De Rossi has not given up hope of Champions League qualification for Roma. “We’ll try to win them all and see where we end up.”
The Giallorossi received a boost with last night’s 1-0 victory over Palermo at the Stadio Barbera.
“There are many games to go and all we can do is try to win them all. After that, we’ll see where we end up,” said the midfielder.
“In my view we played a great first half and started really well. We struggled after the break, but that was only to be expected. In any case, it remains a good performance.
“We kept a clean sheet and learned that if you are not focused, wide awake and a bit smart, you will struggle. This is true regardless of your tactics, Coach or mentality. If you take a nap, as we did a few times this season, you don’t pick up points.
“Now we have to win as many games as we can and see where we end up. It’s very difficult, of course, but we can only try and nothing is impossible.”
