Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has asked the Italian Football Federation to consider using goalline officials after another ghost goal incident.
The Rossoneri were denied a clear goal in the recent 1-1 draw with Juventus when match officials didn’t see that Sulley Muntari’s effort had clearly crossed the line.
The League leaders were again left fuming at the weekend when they felt a Robinho effort should have been awarded before Giovanni Marchese’s clearance in the 1-1 at Catania.
With the Diavolo’s lead over Juventus at the top of the table cut to just two points, Galliani has fired a letter off to FIGC President Giancarlo Abete.
Milan have published the letter on their official website in which Galliani asks Abete to consider the use of goalline officials in Italy as occurs in the Champions League.
