Milan have three players suspended for Tuesday’s game with Chievo, while Napoli miss two defenders against Atalanta.
The Lega Serie A announced the bans for Week 32, which is a midweek round.
The Rossoneri are particularly hard hit, as Massimo Ambrosini, Alberto Aquilani and Daniele Bonera all sit in the stands.
Napoli must reshuffle their defence, as Miguel Angel Britos and Paolo Cannavaro picked up bans.
Others suspended for Week 32 are Andrea Caracciolo (Novara), Mauricio Pinilla (Cagliari), Nicolas Spolli (Catania), Marco Di Vaio (Bologna), Juraj Kucka (Genoa), Tomas Manfredini (Atalanta) and Gabriel Paletta (Parma).
Cesena have been fined €25,000 after one of their fans threw a bottle of water at an assistant referee, hitting him on the shoulder.
Lazio were fined €15,000 because their supporters twice aimed a laser pen into the eyes of the Napoli goalkeeper.
