Sebastian Giovinco’s agent has refused to comment on the latest rumours surrounding his client, claiming it is now a daily task.
Giovinco’s future is up for discussion in the summer with Parma and Juventus set to negotiate on his co-owned contract, before then deciding on whether to sell him on or try to keep him.
In form and pushing for a place at Euro 2012, this uncertainty has seen the playmaker attract a number of rumours as to his future destination, which looks to have gotten the better of his representative.
“I’ve rather not comment on rumours about my players,” Andrea D’Amico told Ilsussidiario.net on Tuesday, before he was asked of a possible transfer for Giovinco to Roma, as part of a deal for Marco Borriello.
“Would Roma be a suitable place for Giovinco? In all honesty, I prefer not to make statements of intent, because every day I have to say ‘Roma would be fine’, ‘Chelsea would be fine’, so I prefer not to make any statements.”
