Italian media suggest Manchester City hitman Mario Balotelli could require another operation on his troubled knee.
The forward was ruled out of the showdown with Arsenal and is thought to be on the sidelines for at least another week.
However, the Italian newspapers claim SuperMario is heading back to Brescia for another consultation with the surgeon who operated on the knee in September.
It is reported Balotelli will go under the knife again to clean up the injury, as his knee swells up after every training session.
