Lazio will not consider selling star man Hernanes during the summer, the player’s agent has underlined.
The Brazilian has been linked with a move away from the Stadio Olimpico, but he’s still in the long-term plans of the Biancocelesti.
“Hernanes will stay at Lazio,” representative Joseph Lee is quoted as saying. “I met with President Claudio Lotito in February and he confirmed that he has no intention whatsoever of selling him.
“Nobody has asked me for the player and nobody has opened negotiations over his future. It’s just transfer talk.”
The South American joined Lazio in the summer of 2010 from Sao Paulo. He’s scored eight goals in 31 League games this term – only Miroslav Klose has netted more thanks to his 12.
