Lazio want to sign Antonio Candreva outright after the attacking midfielder spent the last six months on loan in Rome.
The Udinese-owned player started the season at Cesena, but moved to the Italian capital at the beginning of 2012.
“There still hasn’t been a meeting with Lazio, but there will be one,” representative Andrea Moretti told Citta Celeste. “Lazio’s intention is to buy out the player.”
Candreva, initially jeered given the claim that he was a Roma fan as a boy, scored three goals in 15 League games for the outfit.
The former Livorno creator, 25, has also had temporary spells at Juventus and Parma in recent seasons.
