Vincenzo Montella admits he’s running out of time to decide between Catania and Fiorentina. “I don’t know anything yet, nor when I will know anything.”
The Catania Coach has made it clear he wants to leave Sicily and was at first in negotiations with Roma, but now seems very close to the Viola job.
However, the delays and President Antonino Pulvirenti’s refusal to release him means Fiorentina are setting a Wednesday deadline to sign him or pick Gianfranco Zola instead.
“There has been so much talk about my future recently, but nothing has been told to me directly,” he explained on ilbrividosportivo.it.
“There is nothing certain, I don’t know anything yet, nor precisely when I will know anything.
“I hope to know more soon, but two weeks seems like too much to wait. This way, I’d risk being stuck with nothing.”
