Douglas Maicon has made it clear he wants to leave Inter and it’s reported Chelsea are battling PSG for his signature.
The Brazilian’s agent confirmed it was “time for a change of scenery” and the club is also content to be rid of his wages.
So far Carlo Ancelotti’s Paris Saint-Germain were the main candidates to take Maicon, though Real Madrid and Jose Mourinho were also interested.
Now reports suggest that Chelsea have climbed to the top of the bidding war with a €10m offer.
Maicon has been at Inter since 2006 and will turn 31 next month.
