Amauri has told reporters that he is staying at Juventus at least until June amid speculation regarding his future.
It's no secret that Juventus are frustrated with his lack of goals and would like to move him on, partly because of his wages.
Yesterday Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini said he would have no problem in taking Amauri back to Sicily.
However, he did admit that in order to do so the Brazilian would have to slash his pay packet.
Speaking to Sky Italia, Amauri said: "For now I want to work to the best of my ability so I can give a contribution to help this team, then in June I will make a point out of the situation and decide my future.
"Right now things aren't going well, but I don't want to escape. I want to stay at Juve at least until June."
