Gigi Buffon will make his Serie A comeback this weekend, but it's reported Marco Storari would rather leave than be on the Juventus bench.
The World Cup winning goalkeeper had not played since the World Cup against Paraguay on June 14, but made an impressive return in the Coppa Italia against Catania on Thursday.
It is widely believed Buffon is now ready for his first Serie A appearance since May, so he is set to start against Bari on Sunday afternoon.
However, it puts ‘reserve' goalkeeper Storari in a difficult position, as he has been first choice during the seven-month lay-off for back surgery.
It is reported that Storari would rather leave Juve during the January transfer window than spend the second half of the season on the bench.
