Brazilian club Botafogo have had to find over €7m to secure the signature of Milan legend Clarence Seedorf.
The Dutchman has signed a two-year deal with the Rio De Janeiro outfit after bringing his 10-year stay at San Siro to an end.
The Gazzetta dello Sport is today suggesting that Botafogo paid the midfielder, 36, a €600,000 signing-on fee.
They also assured him a monthly salary of around €300,000. He was available on a Bosman free transfer.
