Palermo have confirmed that Giulio Migliaccio has put in a transfer request at the Stadio Renzo Barbera.
“He’s asked to be sold,” President Maurizio Zamparini noted. “But, if a move doesn’t come about for Migliaccio then there would be no problems.”
The midfielder joined the Rosanero in the summer of 2005 from Atalanta – at the request of then boss Stefano Colantuono – for €5m.
The 31-year-old started his career at Savoia before moves to Bari, Giugliano and Ternana.
The former Italian Under-20 international has been linked with newly promoted Sampdoria.
