Julio Cesar could be the latest Inter player to have his contract terminated so he can be free to join a Premier League club.
The club has already parted company with Lucio and Diego Forlan by releasing them from their contracts early rather than negotiate big transfer fees.
The goalkeeper is on the market and has been left off the UEFA squad list for the Europa League preliminary rounds.
Tottenham and Arsenal are said to be interested in Julio Cesar, though his price-tag and wages make matters complicated.
The Brazilian’s agent flew in to Milan last night and is reportedly negotiating for a contract termination.
This also suits Inter, who would therefore be released from paying his €4.5m per season wages until the deal expires in June 2014.
