Alessandro Matri and outcast Milos Krasic were on target as Juventus confidently emerged 2-0 winners away to Hertha Berlin.
The Bianconeri continued their pre-season preparations with an impressive friendly victory on German soil, although Mirko Vucinic (muscular problem) and Reto Ziegler (gastroenteritis) missed out.
Juve had to rely on Marco Storari for an early save on Allagui’s header, but broke through thanks to Matri.
The striker is on the market and has been heavily linked with a move to Milan this summer, but completed a classic counter-attack at the Olympiastadion by going clear on Arturo Vidal’s through ball.
Hertha poured forward in search of an equaliser and were unlucky to hit the crossbar with Ndjeng’s looping cross-shot before the break.
Lucio limped off at half-time, so young midfielder Luca Marrone was tested out in the centre-back position.
Storari was again called upon to keep out Ben Hatira and the woodwork came to the rescue against a late Ben Sahar header.
Juve survived the onslaught and added a second on the counter in the final minutes with Krasic finishing off that move from just outside the box.
