Lorenzo Insigne will soon put pen to paper on a new improved contract with Serie A giants Napoli.
The Italian Under-21 international is a product of the club’s youth system and has returned to Naples this summer after loan spells at Foggia and Pescara.
As part of his San Paolo recall, the talented forward has been promised an extension to his current deal which expires in 2016.
“The contract is a done deal,” agent Fabio Andreotti told Radio CRC. “My client will play for Napoli until 2017.”
Insigne has impressed during pre-season victories over Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen.
