Despite encouraging him to join the club in the past, Zlatan Ibrahimovic says Milan don't need to sign Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.
Balotelli is often linked with a move to San Siro partly because of his frequently expressed support for the Rossoneri.
"There is no place for Balotelli," Ibrahimovic said.
"At Milan we have Ibrahimovic, Cassano, Robinho, Pato and Inzaghi who is injured.
"How many strikers do you want? Should we play with four or six?
"We don't need other strikers, but these things are up to Adriano Galliani and the Coach."
Asked about the resurgence of his old club Inter, Ibrahimovic said: "I am sure that they are playing with confidence after the recent games but we must concentrate only on our own work, on our things.
"I am not worried about other teams. If we keep doing our job, we'll keep being top of the table.
"The season finishes with Milan in first place," he concluded.
