Diego Milito has been ruled out for two matches after picking up an injury against Cesena in midweek.
The 31-year-old scored in the 16th minute of Inter's 3-2 win, but was hauled off shortly afterwards.
Last night scans revealed that Milito has strained a muscle in his left leg.
The Argentine is definitely out of Sunday's trip to Udinese in Serie A.
He is also a major doubt for next week's clash with Napoli in the Coppa Italia.
It adds to an already injury-plagued season for Milito who has made just 11 starts in the current campaign.
