Inter start with Philippe Coutinho, Wesley Sneijder and Diego Milito in the second leg of their Europa League qualifier against Hajduk Split.
The Nerazzurri already won the first match 3-0 in Croatia last week, so have all but secured their spot in the play-offs along with Lazio and Napoli on August 23 and 30.
Douglas Maicon, Giampaolo Pazzini and Julio Cesar were left off the UEFA squad list, as they are on the market.
Yuto Nagatomo is benched, while Andrea Ranocchia steps in to the defence along with impressive 17-year-old Ibrahima Mbaye.
In attack, Milito and Sneijder keep their places, but Coutinho replaces Rodrigo Palacio in the starting XI after scoring a fine goal in the first leg.
This will be the first match ever played on the new San Siro surface, which is a combination of synthetic material and natural grass.
Kick-off is at 19.45 UK time.
