Javier Garrido is set to leave Lazio in order to join Norwich City on loan with an option to buy.
The Spanish left-back only arrived at the Olimpico in July 2010 from Manchester City as a replacement for Aleksandar Kolarov.
However, he only managed 21 Serie A appearances with no goals and was often used as a substitute.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Garrido is heading back to the Premier League with Norwich City.
The 27-year-old is set to move on a season-long loan with option to buy at the end of the campaign.
