Palermo have completed the signing of Steve Von Bergen from Genoa in a deal that includes two other players.
The defender has moved to Sicily as part of a transfer that has seen Alexandros Tzorvas and Delso Jara Martinez head to Marassi.
Goalkeeper Tzorvas has joined the Grifone on a permanent basis and will offer competition for Sebastien Frey.
Martinez, meanwhile, has moved on loan with an option to buy next year.
Von Bergen, 29, is a central defender who only signed for the port outfit in the summer after two seasons in Italy with Cesena.
