The agent of Francesco Acerbi says his client has settled in well at Milan – but he has much to prove at San Siro.
“He’s very happy with things, but it is still rather soon,” Andrea Cattoli told Sky Sport Italia. “He still has to demonstrate his worth on the field of play.”
The 24-year-old moved to the Stadio Meazza in the summer on a co-ownership basis from Genoa after spending last season at Chievo.
Acerbi, who has opted to go for Alessandro Nesta’s No 13 shirt following his departure, has only made 17 top-flight appearances in his career.
