Genoa and Milan could team up on the transfer market to sign Brescia youngster Omar El Kaddouri.
The attacking midfielder, in the last year of his contract, was being linked with moves to Parma and Juventus earlier this summer.
However, no transfer was completed and, amid interest from Fulham too, Genoa and Milan may unite to get their man.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Genoa will grab the €3.5m valued player immediately with the understanding that Milan will sign a 50 per cent share in him during January.
Genoa chief Enrico Preziosi and Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani are transfer allies after completing numerous pieces of business over the years.
This summer alone they have done deals involving Francesco Acerbi and Ze Eduardo.
