Marco Borriello will hold showdown talks with Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini on Thursday in order to resolve his future.
The Italian international has been told to find a new club after returning to the capital outfit following a six-month loan spell at Juventus.
Borriello has been linked with a variety of teams both home and abroad, but no deal has been yet done ahead of tomorrow’s transfer deadline.
The 30-year-old could be a last minute target for clubs such as Fiorentina, Inter and Juventus depending on the outcome of their other transfer negotiations.
Meanwhile, German outfit Wolfsburg and Spain’s Espanyol are understood to have made concrete bids for the striker.
