Former Arsenal teammate Arturo Lupoli is confident Nicklas Bendtner will make his mark at Juventus. “He can really improve in Italy.”
The Danish striker was seen as a stop-gap solution and has not impressed fans with his late transfer session arrival in Turin.
“I know the Dane well and he is a very strong striker,” ex-Arsenal man Lupoli told TuttoJuve.
“Let us not forget he is still young. Bendtner can really grow and improve in Italy. Nika is a centre-forward who likes to rove around on the flanks.
“As a striker I’d say he is atypical, because he’s very strong in the air, but also good with the ball at his feet.
“Bendtner will have no problems settling into Italian life,” added Grosseto forward Lupoli.
“I am certain he will show what he can do. He has the moves of a champion and can do very well at Juve.”
