Atalanta and Italy winger Ezequiel Schelotto has been released from hospital after he was in a car accident last night.
The Argentine-born Azzurri man reportedly suffered minor injuries in the car crash and had a neck brace applied before he was taken to hospital in Bergamo for tests.
According to Sky Sport Italia, 23-year-old Schelotto was released by medics this morning following treatment.
He lost control of his BMW at a motorway junction and crashed into the guardrail at around 21.30 local time on Friday night.
Schelotto was already set to miss tonight’s Milan-Atalanta Serie A match at San Siro due to a strained ligament in his right knee. [12]
