Vladimir Petkovic warns his Lazio side that “Miroslav Klose can’t always be the one to resolve situations” after their defeat to Napoli.
The Aquile were beaten 3-0 at the San Paolo with Edinson Cavani netting a hat-trick.
Klose had the ball in the net after a couple of minutes, but confessed to handling and it was disallowed.
“Today certain incidents went against us, like Klose who scored and confessed he had handled it,” the Coach told Rai Sport.
“We had been dangerous early on and Napoli were afraid, but after their opening goal everything changed.
“Hernanes had a problem with his leg, so was not 100 per cent tonight, but Napoli deserve compliments for pressuring him well.
“Klose can’t always be the one to resolve situations. The others have to take responsibility too. We must remain calm and try to introduce other strikers in future.”
