Inter, Milan and Napoli are thought to be eyeing Arsenal goalkeeper Vito Mannone for a return to Italy.
The former Under-21 international shot-stopper has impressed this season in place of injured Wojchiech Szczesny.
However, his contract is due to expire at the end of the season, arousing interest from several Serie A sides.
According to the Daily Mail, Mannone is a target for Inter and Napoli, although the Italian media also include Milan in the running.
The 24-year-old could move in the January transfer window to avoid Arsenal losing him on a free transfer next summer.
Inter would be an unlikely buyer, as they only signed Samir Handanovic from Udinese in June.
Milan and Napoli are on the look-out for younger figures, as Christian Abbiati and Morgan De Sanctis are nearing the end of their careers.
