Giorgio Perinetti has spoken once more of links to a director’s role at Roma and admits that he would find it hard to say no.
The former Siena director, who spent a brief few months back at Palermo heading up transfer strategy before Pietro Lo Monaco’s arrival there, has been linked recently with a return to Roma.
Perinetti, who can point to almost two decades of past experience with the Giallorossi in various administrative positions, denied that there has been approach, but that he hoped there might be.
“Roma have qualified and professional people there. I have 19 years at the club, I was born and grew up at the Giallorossi,” he told Radio IES today.
“Certainly I am not indifferent, but at this time the rumours that Roma have come in for me are untrue. However, if one day I were to get the chance, I cannot say no.”
