Fiorentina goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano has claimed that Sunday's 4-1 victory over Atalanta was an important one for the club.
The Viola claimed a resounding win over Stefano Colantuono's men, and the 26-year-old shot-stopper has reiterated what a vital three points it was.
“It was important to win and grab third place from Napoli,” he told the club's official website. “It was only possible though, thanks to another fantastic performance.
“It's now five wins in a row and it gives us a lot of enthusiasm for the match against Torino this Sunday.
“I have to say, the Viola have been beautiful this season.”
