Giampaolo Pazzini has confirmed that he is leaving Sampdoria and insists that you can't refuse an offer from Inter.
The 26-year-old Italy international is due to have a medical this morning before completing a transfer said to be worth €12m in cash.
Jonathan Biabiany will also join Sampdoria in exchange.
"I leave a piece of my heart in Genova," Pazzini said. "But you can't say no to Inter."
Inter talisman Marco Materazzi has also given his backing to the deal.
"He is a great player who isn't afraid to go to war on the pitch and we will welcome him doubly well because he scored two goals that beat Roma last season and helped us win the Scudetto."
