Cesena have officially signed creative midfielder Alessandro Rosina from Zenit St Petersburg.
The deal had been in the air for several days and has now been completed, announced the Cavallucci Marini.
“AC Cesena confirm the arrival on loan from Zenit St Petersburg of midfielder Alessandro Rosina,” read a statement.
“Rosina, born in 1984, has previously worn the jerseys of Parma, Verona and Torino.
“On the afternoon of Saturday January 29, Rosina took part in his first training session at the Villa Silvia ground with fitness coach Mattia Vincenzi.”
It is not clear when Rosina will be available to make his Serie A debut for Cesena, but it should be from the midweek round against Catania.
‘Rosinaldo' returns to Italy after winning the Russian title under Luciano Spalletti's orders at Zenit.
