Salvatore Aronica could leave Napoli during the January transfer window, his agent has confirmed.
The 34-year-old stopper’s future is in doubt given that his present contract at the Stadio San Paolo expires in June.
“The player is happy in Naples and I’m not looking for a new club for him,” representative Alessandro Moggi told Radio CRC.
“However, I can’t rule out a January exit as a few teams have expressed an interest in the player. I’ve spoken with Napoli, but it is still too early to make a decision.”
The veteran, who joined the Azzurri in the summer of 2008 from Reggina, has only appeared in five League games this term.
