Former Roma striker Abel Balbo has claimed that Coach Zdenek Zeman and vice-Captain Daniele De Rossi have a good relationship.
The 46-year-old, who spent seven years at the Giallorossi in two separate spells, is confident that the recent spat between the two is just a miscommunication.
“I think there has been a communication error,” he told Rai programme Novanta Minuto. “Zeman did not want to attack the player.
“Yesterday I went to [Roma's training ground] Trigoria and there was no tension. I believe that the Coach has talked with De Rossi a lot.
“The atmosphere at Roma is healthy. I do not think Daniele will leave.”
Zeman had claimed earlier this week that the 29-year-old had not 'integrated' into his system [12].
