The agent of Alberto Aquilani says that his client made the right decision in opting to join Fiorentina.
Aquilani has lacked stability since leaving Roma for Liverpool in the summer of 2009. After a season at Anfield, he had a year on loan at Juventus and then a season at Milan.
“He’s happy in Florence, he’s settled in really well,” Franco Zavaglia told Radio Toscana on Monday. “He likes the city and the fans.
“He thought long and hard about his situation and what he was playing for before he signed his three-year contract.”
After an injury-affected start to the season, the 28-year-old has scored three goals in nine League games so far this term.
