Palermo CEO Pietro Lo Monaco is confident that the Rosanero can avoid relegation come the end of the season.
Giam Piero Gasperini's side have won just three games all season and currently sit in 17th place in Serie A.
But the new chief executive believes they have what it takes to climb up the table.
“When you do not get points on Sunday you always feel bitter,” he told Stadionews. “We tried to do that against Juventus this weekend, but we did not succeed.
“We have to roll our sleeves up and try to bring home as many points as possible. We must not give up.
“We are obviously missing a lot of points, but we need to keep out aggressiveness and play as a team.”
