Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade has suggested that his club will not be making any signings in January.
The transfer window is set to open next month, but the official says that there is little of interest on offer for the Viola.
“The January market is one of repair, one you need when you have major injuries,” he told the club’s website.
“We have lost Ahmed Hegazy, but we have alternatives.
“As it stands there are no important opportunities for us, because there aren’t any opportunities that really interest us.
“The field of play is talking clearly right now, when we are at full strength we win games.”
The Viola are currently fifth in the standings, nine points behind leaders Juventus after 17 Serie A games.
