Italpetroli and Unicredit have confirmed that they have received five offers to buy Roma.
The club has officially been up for sale since the summer when Unicredit agreed a debt resettlement package with the Sensi family.
A statement from Italpetroli claims five bids have been made, although one isn't from the Abu Dhabi-based investment fund Aabar.
The Sensi family will consider the offers together with Unicredit over the next few days before a final decision is made.
Last week it emerged that one of the bids originates from American where talks were held with Thomas Di Benedetto.
