Former Napoli and Inter boss Gigi Simoni believes Pablo Armero will be a success at the Partenopei.
The Udinese wing-back has been linked with a move to Stadio San Paolo during the January transfer window, and the 73-year-old is confident that the Colombia international will improve the side, as well as commenting on the work done by Walter Mazzarri.
“Armero has the quality to do well at Napoli,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss. “He will certainly have a good future there.
“I have confidence in the business they are doing there.
“Although they may not be the most well-known names, it will allow Mazzarri to compete with the very best.
“I know the Coach and he is a good man.”
