Genoa striker Ciro Immobile went to hospital for tests after suffering head trauma during a training ground accident.
The Italian Under-21 international fell awkwardly on to his head after a collision in training today.
He was taken to the San Martino hospital in Genoa accompanied by club medical staff for tests.
Given the all-clear, Immobile was released this evening and returned to dine with his teammates at the pre-match training camp.
