The agent of Napoli midfielder Michele Pazienza has rubbished reports that a summer move to Genoa is already finalised.
The midfielder has less than six months left on his contract and the Marassi outfit have shown an interest.
"There is no agreement with Genoa," said Vincenzo D'Ippolito. "It's just not true. Although Pazienza hasn't signed a new contract with Napoli yet, there is still time.
"The boy wants to just wait. At the end of the campaign we'll talk with the Napoli officials and then we'll see.
"He wants to see how Napoli get on this season and where they finish. For example, if Napoli win the Scudetto then why would he want to leave?"
The 28-year-old joined the Azzurri in January 2008 after three campaigns at Fiorentina. He's also played for Foggia and Udinese.
