Emanuele Calaio will only leave Siena this month if a club offers to immediately sign him outright, says his agent.
The striker is wanted by a host of top-flights sides, even if Napoli and Palermo seem to be heading the race.
However, his agent brother, Umberto Calaio, has underlined that the Tuscan outfit will not consider loaning him out.
“If he leaves then it is only right that he would go on a permanent basis,” he told Mediagol. “I’m also certain that Siena wouldn’t release him on loan either.
“A move now depends on the many interested clubs who would like to sign him.”
The 30-year-old has scored four goals in 18 Serie A games this season.
