Edy Reja has dismissed claims that he could soon replace Gian Piero Gasperini on the bench at Palermo.
The Rosanero are in the relegation zone and they’ve picked up just one point from the last 18 available.
“I’ve not heard from anyone about Palermo,” Reja, who quit as Lazio boss in the summer, told Radio Mana Sport.
“I think they are an improbable option for me at this moment in time.”
Although now a 67-year-old, the vastly experienced tactician is looking for a way back into club management.
“I’m ready to evaluate any interesting offer,” he added. “Even one that is made to me between now and the end of the present season.”
